Dodgers could bench slumping Shohei Ohtani for most important game of the season: report

What the coverage shows

Both outlets focus on the possibility that the Dodgers could bench Shohei Ohtani for NLCS Game 3, and both frame it around his slump. Fox News adds the specific postseason batting average and a quote from Dave Roberts saying he may bench Ohtani, while Newsweek’s extract only says he could reportedly be benched and describes him as a superstar and four-time MVP.
