What the coverage shows
Both outlets center the same broad item, an American freed from a Russian prison, but NBC News is the only one that gives a specific arrival location, Texas, and identifies the person as Stephen Hubbard. Ben Shapiro’s mention is much thinner, folding the story into a broader roundup and offering no added detail beyond saying an American teacher has been returned home from a Russian prison.
