Trump Touts 'Big' Ohio Rally Crowd Size: What Videos, Pictures Show

This story is from the archive. It was covered between 13 October 2026 and 13 October 2026, and nothing below has been updated since. See what is happening now.

Trump touted a "big" crowd in Ohio as he made his second stop in the state in 10 days.

What the coverage shows

All four outlets center on Trump’s Ohio rally, but they frame it differently. Newsweek is the only one focused on the crowd size and says it is showing what videos and pictures show, while NBC News emphasizes Trump attacking Ilhan Omar and Abdul El-Sayed and the crowd chanting “deport.” CNN instead foregrounds a joke about Sen. Jon Husted’s physique, and Fox News alone highlights a protester being punched by a Trump supporter.
